The proven benefits of acupuncture extend far beyond pain relief. When acupuncture needles are inserted, a subtle vibration is sent through the body. This vibration loosens stuck tissues and restores movement, stimulates local cellular repair, and calms the nervous system.
Chinese herbal medicine has historically been used to treat everything from epidemics and bone fractures to complex chronic disease and mental illness. Many of our herbal substances have been rigorously tested by modern research and they outperform pharmaceuticals in double blind trials (without side effects!).
